Mid-Valley Clays & Shooting School (MVC&SS) is open with the most stringent of guidelines and in an abundance of caution. We want you to be able to use our outdoor facility to help reduce stress during these unprecedented and ever changing times. Failure to comply with the following measures could result in removal from the range. MVC&SS will not be held responsible for adverse choices made by customers.
Below are the requirements shooters must follow:
- Maintain six feet of separation from each other at all times
- Maximum of ten people in the clubhouse while maintaining six feet of separation
- Only one person to a golf cart unless the other individuals shooting with you live in your household
- One person in the Gun Showroom at a time
- One person in the Shell Room at a time
- Only one person is allowed in the Pro Shop restrooms at a time
- All social interactions will consist of ten people or less while maintaining six feet of separation
- All shotgun students and instructors alike must wear a face cover during lessons
What MVC&SS is doing to make the environment as safe as possible for it’s team, members and customers:
- Outdoor restrooms will be available for use, supplied with hand sanitizer
- We are disinfecting the clubhouse regularly throughout the day
- Handheld target thrower controls are disinfected regularly, but we encourage members and customers to either wear washable or disposable gloves while shooting, or use a plastic bag that we provide and place it over the handheld control
- Target keys are disinfected before and after use
- Golf cart keys, steering wheels and control switches are disinfected after every use
Services currently not available:
- Both 5-Stand fields are closed due to the inability to maintain six feet of separation

MVC&SS is trying to balance a fine line between offering a service for dealing with the stress of our world being turned upside-down while remaining vigilant to the health and safety of our team, members and customers.
